ALAS MEMBERSHIP
As the Hispanic population in this country continues to grow, school districts throughout the nation are being impacted.  Schools are now dealing with addressing the needs of a changing population that has a different culture, language and learning style.  ALAS was established to partner with Hispanic serving schools to assist educators in advocating for resources and policy that benefits all students in general and Hispanic students in particular.

In order to help us achieve this goal, we invite you to become a member of one of the fastest growing and prestigious Latino associations in the nation, ALAS!  The ALAS membership cycle begins on July 1st of each year.  See the information below for the membership category that best suits your needs.
 
If you are serving in a district that has a 20% or more Hispanic student population, we welcome you to join our Organization at an HAASD (Hispanic Servicing School District) Institutional Membership category. Your district will receive five Associate/Executive memberships along with this institutional membership category.  You can learn about two easy options to apply for an ALAS Membership.
